VAT Registration

VAT training is an ongoing challenge for businesses

The Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) implemented Value Added Tax (VAT) at a standard rate of 5% on most products and services in the UAE starting January 1, 2018. The process of registering a firm with the government is known as VAT registration. Once a company is registered, it becomes eligible for VAT return filing. Businesses will be registered using a VAT certificate that includes a unique Tax Registration Number (TRN). This number will be required for any VAT-related tasks in the United Arab Emirates.

Who can or will be able to register for VAT.

If taxable supplies and imports exceed the mandatory registration threshold of AED 375,000, a business must register for VAT. If supplies and imports are less than the mandatory registration threshold but exceed the voluntary registration threshold of AED 187,500, a business may choose to register for VAT voluntarily.

Our company offers a straightforward, individualized, and cost-effective solution. Business entities will not be required to have a detailed understanding of VAT rules and will be able to take use of our VAT expert team's assistance in obtaining the TRN as quick as possible.
